Parish Meetings

The Parish Council holds two meetings each month, one of which is wholly dedicated to reviewing Planning Applications. The Planning Committee normally meets on the first Monday of each month and the Full Council normally meets on the third Monday of each month. Meetings are held in the Rossetti Hall, New Pond Road, Holmer Green unless otherwise stated and commence at 7.30pm.

The Agendas for meetings are published on the Minutes and Agendas page on the Wednesday before each meeting and also on the Parish Noticeboard at Rossetti Hall.

The Minutes of each meeting are published on the Minutes and Agendas page.

Open Meetings are held annually in each village within the Parish to enable residents to bring forward matters of local concern. The dates for these meetings can be found in the Calendar.

Public Discussion: At the beginning of a Planning meeting members of the Public are permitted to address the meeting to express any views relating to current planning applications. Other matters which affect the Parish should be raised at a Full Council meeting. Should a member of the Public wish to address the Council at a meeting please contact the Parish Office on 01494 715429 or email clerk@littlemissendenpc.co.uk. Once the Public Discussion period concludes the meeting formally commences and any member of the Public may remain in attendance but is not permitted to take part in the meeting unless permitted by the Chairman of the meeting.

County Councillors’ Report – when the meeting is attended by a County Councillor the Councillor will report on any significant matters relating to the County Council.

Chairman’s Report – The Chairman will review any significant matters that have a direct impact on the Parish Council.
